a lease we can no longer work together to obtain the best possible lease terms
for your land.
Your next step is to join with local homeowners who are willing to wait to sign
a gas lease and pool together in order to be able to negotiate with gas companies
for our business.
Please fill out the form below to join us. By filling out the form you are essentially
saying, "Add my name to the growing group of homeowners in the AreaWatch.org
area willing to wait to sign a gas lease. I want to see what kind of lease terms
AreaWatch.org can negotiate before I sign anything."
The larger
our group, the more negotiating power we have.

binding, but will give us a better idea of the exact
number of people in the AreaWatch.org area who are unsigned homeowners.
